During the third week of April, many of our peers converged on Dallas, TX for our quarterly peer group meeting and HTG Summit. Heartland Tech Group (HTG) brings over 200 of our industry thought leaders together in one organization and provides Bulletproof with a forum to share with our peers, obtain valuable industry training, offer help to others throughout the organization and learn from the past successes and challenges that our peers have faced.
HTG10, the tenth peer group within HTG brings nine of the leading Microsoft Small Business Partners together for two complete days of working on our business. Many times as Small Business owners we are often busy working in our business, HTG provides an opportunity for Bulletproof to work on the business so we can serve our clients better and offer new innovative solutions to the Calgary and Red Deer markets.
Bulletproof is a leader in HTG. Many of our team have stepped up to fill key leadership roles within the organization. This interactionn with our key vendors gives our clients another avenue to get service when needed, consulting on new technologies and our clients benefit immediately from the tight relationships that are nutured with HTG members.
In a nutshell, HTG allows Bulletproof to better serve our clients, bring new ways of thinking to the solutions we offer, streamline our own processes, have a conduit for assistance when we need and the most important reason, share our lessons learned with others. We take these lessons we learn and now can help our own clients with day to day challenges with running a small business. This includes marketing, web services, accounting, leadership and many other key areas that all entrepreneurs and business owners wrestle with daily.
